This website is for people at work who need reminders of the steps they should take to carry out management processes effectively.
It is NOT a replacement for training courses. However unless the skills taught in training courses are regularly refreshed they can degrade rapidly.
This website with its easily accessible management process checklists is an attempt to help solve this problem of skills degrading.

CHECKLISTS FOR WORK is NOT a training programme, it’s a support for managers. At the click of a mouse you can get a handy checklist for many of the very important jobs you do throughout the day. For example, you can quickly and easily check you’ve done everything necessary to prepare for that tricky meeting, or prepare an important presentation.
The checklists are easy to follow with sufficient detail to remind you of all the little things we often miss, and best of all you can print them off if you want to scribble some extra notes for yourself and tick off the items as you do them.
This is quick and easy to use, and full of information about the everyday stuff you sometimes don’t get quite right, these checklists ensure you’ll never slip up.
